A New Kind of Christmas Party

This year my Christmas party at work was changed up some. In years past, it was Santa and presents, with sit-down dinner and open bar, with formal clothes, with kids, with crafts. A whole lot of craziness. This year, we took over Winter Fest, at the Frontier Airlines Center downtown. It was perfect for the kids! They still got to see Santa and still got the presents. The crafts were gone (less stuff to carry around!), but in it's place were all kinds of activities... ice skating, bounce houses, bungee rope things, mini golf, rock climbing and a huge movie screen playing Polar Express. It was really quite cool, and much better for the kids than a sit down dinner. There was also still an open bar, and a buffet lunch, and Santa. All the great things from the old party mixed in with the new!

Ava even got in on the action...
